Assessment Services
Assessments are performed on-site by our team of experienced, licensed, and insured health professionals. Assessments provide the employer with a better understanding of their current workforce and work conditions, and the employee with the tools and knowledge to stay safe and healthy at work.
Ergonomic Workstation Assessment
- Employee's workstations are evaluated from an ergonomic, biomechanical, and postural perspective.
- Changes in equipment orientation and body position are recommended to help an existing injury or to prevent future injuries from occuring.
- Employees learn how to properly adjust their workstation for their own use.
Job Demands Analysis / Worksite Analysis
- A Job Demands Analysis is the initial identification of the essential components of a job. It is often used to objectively measure workplace risk factors to assist with return-to-work programs and to develop valid pre-employment testing programs.
- A Worksite Analysis is a detailed description of the jobs contained within a worksite. Frequent and infrequent job tasks, as well as the essential functions are described in detail.
