Recipe of the Week - Black Bean Hummus
15 oz. can of Chickpeas (washed and drained)15 oz. can of Black Beans (washed and drained)
2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp of ground Cumin Seed
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Tahini
Wash and drain the beans. Put beans and the rest of ingredients in a food proccesor, process until smooth. Add additional cumin and salt as needed.
